The Staff:
The staff at Walter Chiropractic has a combined level of experience that exceeds 35 years. Patient services are provided in the areas of appointments, insurance filing and pre-certification, referral to outside services, and financial arrangements by a very competent staff. Each staff member is ready and able to assist patients in records transfer, referrals from family physicians and approval from a third-party payer.

Extraneous training is provided for all staff members on many different levels. Some examples include:

- Chiropractic Assistant certification from National College of Chiropractic
- Chiropractic Assistant certification from Virginia Chiropractic Association
- Chiropractic Assistant certification from Kats Management
- Limited License - Spine X-ray Technician, Virginia Board of Health Professions

Dr. Gregory Walter graduated cum laude from Palmer Chiropractic College, Davenport, Iowa in 1978. An advocate of continuing education in modern, up-dated methodology, he has logged in thousands of hours of extensive post graduate training.

Prior to opening the Walter Chiropractic Clinic in 1984, he practiced in Lewisburg, West Virginia for six years. A member in the Virginia Chiropractic Association and the American Chiropractic Association, he is active in many civic organizations in the Virginia and Roanoke Valley:
